Thanks to donations from friends all across the country earlier this month we were able to complete all the roof repairs needed at the Tree of Hopes complex at Comedor Aposento Alto in Juarez.

The project involved using sheet metal purchased in Juarez and installed using local labor.  Now we can worry less about the upcoming rainy season as we do all we can to protect our facilities. Over the past year Tree of Hopes has been working along the US Mexico border helping to provide food and shelter for people migrating to our area in search of a better life. We work in cooperation with the Mexican government and other groups helping each person connect with legal assistance and with authorities on both sides of the border. Everyone is a volunteer and every donation helps.
