Over the past few months Tree of Hopes volunteers have been busy distributing food to refugees at our shelter in Juarez plus needy families on both sides of the border including El Paso. We have made over 20 trips so far and have distributed over 5,000 pounds of food donated by various food banks in the area. Special thanks to Nestor and his mother Velia who along with others make up the backbone of Tree of Hopes. Without their love and dedication to helping the needy we would not have been able to accomplish as much as we have.

Many families in Juarez have been affected by the pandemic and are in great need.
Each food delivery trip takes most of one day to complete.
